Ted Krumreich has accepted a position as an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Courts and will start with the State on May 5, 2008. Mr. Krumreich has been an attorney with the firm for 21 years and has been a partner since 1993.
Mr. Krumreich has specialized in Workers' Compensation law and will likely be handling duties as a Workers Compensation Judge with the Division. In addition to his specialization in Workers' Compensation law, Ted has also been a part-time locomotive engineer in Canon City (the Royal Gorge line) and Strasburg, Pennsylvania.
Steve Sparr, Bob Coate and Matt Tills continue to handle workers' compensation cases and will gladly offer assistance to those seeking legal representation and/or information for those types of claims.

Brett Wendt and Robin Repass of White and Steele have accepted an invitation from the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado to present topics on current employment issues at the Association's monthly meetings, beginning February 28, 2008. The first topic addressed by Mr. Wendt and Ms. Repass will include recent updates and implementation of recent changes to Colorado's immigration laws and compliance with hiring practices and mandatory documentation requirements. |
